Dr. Khagani Mammadov, Doctor of Chemical Sciences at the Institute of Radiation Problems, delivered a presentation at the CPC2025 conference
Dr. Khagani Mammadov, Head of the "Radiochemistry and Radioprotectors" Laboratory at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Doctor of Chemical Sciences, participated as a key plenary speakers at the 10th International Conference on Physical Chemistry (CPC2025), jointly organized by the Institute of Engineering Information and the Academy of Sciences of the People's Republic of China, held on July 18-21, 2025.
The 45-minute presentation, titled “Participation of Natural Radionuclides in Chemical Processes in Green Vegetation” attracted significant interest and prompted extensive discussion among conference participants. The presentation was selected from the main plenary reports and accepted for publication in the Impact Factor Journal “Journal of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering” published in the USA in August.
Additionally, individual meetings and discussions were held with Professor Francis Verpoort (Wuhan University of Technology, China); Professor Christophe Len (PSL Research University, France); Professor Heechae Choi (Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University); Leading Scientist Dr. Hongyuan Chuai (Hong Kong Polytechnic University); and Professor Vicenta Sanchez (the National University of Mexico, UNAM).
During a group photo ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented the keynote speakers with letters of appreciation and participant certificates.
