Institute of Radiation Problems Staff Attend TURAN25 International Symposium

Employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems participated in the TURAN International Symposium on Fundamental Sciences (TURAN25), held at Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey, from June 23 to 25, 2025
Organized under the motto “One Nation, Two States,” TURAN25 aimed to foster academic cooperation among scholars from Turkic countries, bringing together researchers in biology, physics, ecology, and mathematics Participants from over 50 universities across 10 countries—including Germany, Azerbaijan, Algeria, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Turkey—attended the event
The symposium was attended by employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems—associate professors and PhD holders in physics, Amina Mikayilova and Rakhshane Mamishova; Rena Khankishiyeva, PhD in chemistry; Narmin Guliyeva, PhD in biology; Aydan Khaliqzade, PhD in physics; as well as Aida Azizova and Sanam Valiyeva, who presented the results of their research. Their presentations garnered keen interest, prompting numerous questions and discussions among the attendees.
