A series of meetings between the Innovation and Technology Transfer Office and the laboratory staff at the Institute of Physics continues to take place
On June 12, 2026, a meeting was held at the Institute of Physics under the Ministry of Science and Education with the participation of the staff of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Office (TTO) and the researchers of the “Active Nanocomposites” Laboratory. The meeting was organized to discuss the laboratory’s research directions and the potential for transforming its scientific results into innovative products.
During the meeting, the Head of the Laboratory, Associate Professor Mobil Kazimov, provided a comprehensive overview of the research activities carried out by his team under the project “Investigation of Thermodynamic and Electronic Processes in Active Nanocomposites.” He noted that the laboratory conducts extensive studies on the structure and physicochemical properties of nanocomposite materials based on polar and non-polar polymers, as well as the thermodynamic and electronic processes occurring within these materials. The research is of significant importance for the development of new functional materials and their application across various industrial sectors.
The staff of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Office delivered a presentation on the commercialization of the laboratory’s scientific results, patent protection, opportunities for collaboration with industrial enterprises, and technology transfer mechanisms. During the meeting, participants exchanged views on potential measures to facilitate the transformation of scientific research into innovative products and technologies, as well as on prospects for future cooperation.
At the conclusion of the event, the participants’ questions were addressed, and proposals were put forward regarding the development of joint projects and the expansion of opportunities for the practical application of scientific research results. It was emphasized that the meeting was beneficial in strengthening innovation activities and promoting the integration of scientific achievements into economic circulation.
