Three researchers from the Institute of Radiation Problems were honored with the Order of Labor, 3rd degree
According to the order signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), three employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems (IRP) — Corresponding Member of ANAS, Director General of the IRP Islam Mustafayev; Head of the Laboratory of Radiation Physics of Semiconductors, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Rahim Madatov; and Head of the Laboratory of Radiation Physics of Ferroelectrics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Rauf Sardarly — were awarded the Order of Labor, 3rd degree, for their outstanding contributions to science.
Each of them is renowned for their long-standing contributions to the advancement of science, leadership in research activities, and dedicated service in the training of young specialists.
This award serves as a recognition of the high appreciation accorded to the activities of scientists who play a significant role in strengthening the country’s scientific potential within the framework of the ANAS anniversary.
It should be noted that the Order of Labor is awarded to individuals who have distinguished themselves through notable achievements in the socio-economic, scientific, cultural, and other fields of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
